Listed as a producer of an event, and able to co-host and MC an event of your choice, and all of the above
All vendors should return this agreement to Apartment E or event coordinator 2 weeks prior to the event .No one will be allowed to set up the night of the show without prior contact. Bring your own 4-6 ft folding table, and your own lighting. ( two small lamps or clip lights,) Apartment E will assign location of your table upon arrival. There is no commission taken by APARTMENT E or venue on any of your product or merchandise. Table load in is at 8:30 pm. ( unless otherwise stated) Table fee must be paid at the same time as table set-up. Do not send any money through the mail (prior). All merchandise and materials should be free standing, and not attached on any walls or property of the venue. No posters, banners, or signage allowed to be attached to any walls. Exhibitors may assign or share their allotted spaces with other Exhibitors with the consent of Apartment E. ALL VENDORS MUST BE APPROVED.
